It is by going through the Toulourenc valley and the village of Brantes or by going up the gorges of the Nesque and its impressive landscape that you will arrive on the Sault plateau. You will then discover the lavender fields and the scents of the distilleries that perfumes the plateau. You can photograph lavender in bloom from mid-June to late August. Many distilleries organize visits and sell the essential oils from their production.
